2025 IFPA Women’s Missouri State Championship
Hello! This is a LONG post, but it contains some important details that potential qualifiers for the 2025 IFPA Women’s Missouri State Championship/Women’s North American Championship Series (WNACS) may want to read. I realize that there have been challenges and questions regarding the recent resignation of the IFPA Women’s Advisory Board, BUT the 2025 WNACS is still on the books!! We really do appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this transition for both open and women’s state representatives.
Congrats in advance to potential top sixteen qualifiers for the 2025 IFPA Women’s Missouri State Championship to be held on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at The Pinball Company located at 601 Trade Center Boulevard, Chesterfield, MO 63005. (PLEASE NOTE that Facebook sometimes defaults to the Columbia, MO address for The Pinball Company, BUT finals will be at the Chesterfield location.) Doors open at 10:30 a.m. List of machines that will be used is currently pending and is subject to change, given any malfunctions or other pertinent reasons. Once the list of players is solidified, further details on this will be emailed to all players, but it is the goal to include machines from multiple eras (EM/SS/DMD/LCD.)
There will be a combined practice session at The Pinball Company for both the Missouri State Championship and Women’s State Championship qualifiers on Friday, January 16, 2026 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Please do not arrive earlier than 5:30 p.m. and be ready to leave promptly at 8:30 p.m. We need to be respectful of the techs/employees of The Pinball Company and give them room/time to do their magic. Also, if they could get some time to sleep, that would be nice.
Although supporters of the qualifiers are welcome to attend, only the top overall sixteen qualifiers in Missouri for 2025 are eligible to play in the tournament. People are welcome to bring in food/drinks or order delivery. Breaks will be taken throughout the day. Guerilla Pinball will be streaming live from the event via twitch. The Pinball Company is donating the machines/space free of cost, so there will be NO coin drop. Unlike the previous years, there will be NO $20 entry fee. Payouts will come from the $1 sanctioning fees collected for women’s events throughout 2025. Attendance prizes will also be given away!
POTENTIAL WOMEN QUALIFIERS, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING:
First, if your IFPA player profile is NOT registered yet, please do so as soon as possible, as if someone does not register their profile, they are unable to play in state finals, per IFPA rules. Also, this is the main way that women’s IFPA state representatives are able to obtain contact information for you. There is no obligation for women’s state reps to have to track you down, if your player profile is not registered. Here is the link to register your profile:
Second, for last year, no submissions/corrections to 2024 IFPA-sanctioned events were accepted after January 4, 2025 by the IFPA. I do not have an exact deadline/date for 2025 sanctioned events yet, but just know that it will likely be around the same date/time in January 2026. Anything submitted after this date will not be included in overall points/Missouri state standings in both women’s-only and open events for 2025.
Third, I will be sending out an email to at least the top fifteen qualifiers with registered IFPA profiles in both the women’s-only and open events, given the two-pronged qualifying in the WNACS. For last year, the deadline to declare whether or not a player will be attending the 2024 IFPA Women’s Missouri State Championship was no later than 8:00 p.m. CST on January 7, 2025. Once again, I do not have the declaration deadline date yet, but it will also likely not be far off from last year’s date/time.
Fourth, the seeding for women’s-only events has not changed. Women’s-only event qualifiers remain as odd seeds. Here is the link to the official rules for the WNACS:

As posted last year and as a reminder, here is the link to the IFPA’s Diversity and Inclusion Code:

I’m looking forward to seeing you all there. As I get further details/information, I will pass this along to all potential qualifiers for women’s state finals. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact Valerie Iriarte at [email protected] or via messenger on Facebook. Thank you to ALL that continue to foster and support the growth of women’s pinball in Missouri!!
