#35 Turns 60!
Hello! Please join us in celebrating the 60th birthday of John Miller, co-founder of St. Louis Area Pinball, on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Murphy’s on 21. Doors open at 1:00 p.m. Of course, in addition to the celebration, there will be a sanctioned tournament in honor of IFPA #35 AKA as J.R.
Format will be ten rounds of Group Match Play qualifying (7, 5, 3, 1 scoring in a four-player group and 7, 4, 1 scoring in a three-player group.) Pairings will be balanced. Depending upon turnout, we hope to take at least the top eight to finals. Cost to enter the tournament is $10, plus the typical $.75 per game/round for coin drop.
All entry fees will go back to the players in the form of cash prizes (minus the $1 IFPA fee for sanctioning the event.) There will also be attendance prizes given away!
ALL SKILL LEVELS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN. Minors are eligible to play in this sanctioned event, but they must be accompanied by an adult. If you just feel like coming to hang out, that’s fine too!
There will be snacks, frozen pizza, and John’s famous jerky available for sale at the bar. Other birthday snacks will also be provided. You are also welcome to bring in your own snacks/food or order delivery.
